I have just completed the LMD 8 week program with Russell and I’d highly recommend this to anyone.
Throughout the programme, Russell has helped me make changes to my diet whilst also educating me and changing my mindset when it comes to nutrition. This has allowed me to be a lot more focused when eating and exercising, making it easier for me to live a much healthier lifestyle.
What is great about the programme is that it is very client centred, and Russell was very dedicated to ensure that he did everything to help me achieve my goals.

I came to LMD because since overcoming an eating disorder in the past, I have always relied on exercising as a way to avoid having to monitor my food intake and overcome it. Like most, during lockdown, I struggled to exercise as I needed to to maintain the weight I felt comfortable at, I also struggled with low iron all the time, and constant bloating and stomach pains. I wanted to lose weight in a healthy way, and try to improve my health, and can honestly say LMD has helped me to do that.
By making gradual step by step changes each week, within the 8 week plan I’ve been able to lose the weight I wanted, increase my iron levels naturally, and found what I had a food intolerance to which subsequently avoiding has stopped my bloating and stomach pains. Ever since overcoming the eating disorder, I have been too scared to calorie count, in-case i became too obsessive over food again, thankfully LMD has shown me a way I can control and monitor in a healthy way what I eat, and still maintain a healthy relationship with food. My fitness levels were also at zero, and by encouraging me every small step each week, LMD has helped me to increase my fitness levels through some simple home workouts and running only.

Before I started my diet with LMD I was nowhere near happy with my weight or look. I was struggling to finish football matches as I was nowhere near fit enough.
After 3 weeks with LMD, I lost over a stone in weight and felt great. Apart from cutting out the junk food I didn’t really make big changes as the plans I was given were made up of foods I like eating anyway. The meals and lunches were quick and easy for me to make so I found it even easier to stick to it. Now after 8 weeks I’ve never felt as fit and healthy as i do today!

“Although the 8 week programme was challenging at times, the results I have achieved with Russell are unbelievable.
I think over lockdown everyone indulged a little more than usual, and although I like to keep myself healthy normally through sport and going to the gym, I ended lockdown 2 stone heavier. “I’ve always struggled to stick to diet plans due to being a fussy eater but Russell changed this for me. In the initial consultation he let me list all of the foods that I don’t particularly like and then made a custom diet plan for me.
I liked all of the meals in the plan which was really important, as one of the main reasons I’ve never stuck to diets before is because I just didn’t like the food.
